Inspection and Repair:

Cleaning and Preparation:

  • Wash the Exterior: Use a pressure washer or a hose with a cleaning solution to remove dirt, grime, and mildew.
  • Remove Loose Paint: Scrape or sand away any peeling or flaking paint.
  • Dust Off Surfaces: Ensure all surfaces are free from dust and debris after sanding and scraping.
